With a design narrative inspired by oceanside boutique hotels from faraway places and local vintage beach houses, the interiors create a relaxed, comfortable and inviting space for both family time, rest & recovery.

Featuring a neutral backdrop, the interiors have been thoughtfully layered with natural stone, warm timbers, mixed textures and subtle pattern, all embracing the home’s coastal connection. Hints of vintage-inspired elements will create a feeling of nostalgia, providing an atmosphere to create authentic, feel-good holiday memories.

With a nod to Gerroa’s laidback coastal ethos, the exteriors will create spaces to relax and unwind, all whilst admiring the uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean.
